Brief CVÂ
Â
Hi there!Â
Here’s a short introduction to my academic and professional work beyond my entrepreneurial activities.
Alongside building and running my knowledge-based platforms, I am pursuing a doctorate in child protection. My research focuses on how aftercare services can be improved for young adults with cross-cultural backgrounds. You can read more about my research project here.
Â
As a trained social worker, I spent several years working in the child welfare protection, primarily with unaccompanied minor refugees and reunited families. Through this work, I have developed specialized expertise in migration, inclusion, and the intersection of refugee and child welfare practice. I have also held the role of Quality and Practice Development Lead within child welfare services, with a strong focus on competence development, quality assurance, performance management, and organizational change.
