Hi, I'm Nawar Sayyad 

I'm a Norwegian-Palestinian social worker, speaker, podcaster, and Ph.D. candidate in Child Protection, based in Bergen, the city of mountains in Norway. 

Drawing from both professional experience and my own journey growing up between cultures, I share reflections, resources, and insights into how to navigate a world that is diverse and increasingly complex.
